Our most coveted award is not the annual "Orlando's Best Hair Salon" , not another certification to hang on the wall, 
not an accolade mention in a national fashion magazine, but when a guest:

•  tells us how she was chased at Lowes by a woman who demanded to know who her hair stylist was, and then astonishedly did not believe that she colors her  hair
• tells us how, first, the man in back of her inline at Target expounded how her hair stylist was ” right on” with her haircut…and then how three additional people told her how fabulously she looked throughout the day
• tells us how the man  at Barnes and Noble approached her to say he is a hairdresser in Miami and to tell her stylist how talented they are
• tells us how their very best friends do not believe they color their hair
• in his 20’s sees a photo and believes the bearer so beautiful that he asks to meet her…and then is flabbergasted when we explain the photo is of a guest close to 70 years old
• tells us his friends completely believe he has no grey hair
• asks us to contact their lifelong stylist ” back home” to give them our formula and instructions
• tips us $50 and tells us to go up on our prices
• drives, or flies, long distances and excitedly tells us it was worth the trip each month
• grows out their breath taking silver hair without anyone comprehending the transition
• shares their life stories with us, in confidence, knowing we seal their words up in our heart and forget until we see them again
